Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed.
Domain registrations, hosting charges, third-party software licenses, ad spend, API subscriptions and any customized work that has already been delivered are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled after partial completion, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of work already completed from the total project fee.
To request a refund, email support@lyzoo.co.in with your project details and reason for the refund. We will respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
