All service scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in a written proposal or agreement shared before project commencement. Any changes to scope may result in revised pricing and timelines.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. GST at 18% is applicable on all services. Domain registrations, hosting, ad budgets and third-party API charges are billed separately and paid directly by the client.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to custom-built deliverables (websites, applications, designs). Lyzoo Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback and necessary access credentials. Delays in client inputs may affect project timelines.
Lyzoo Technologies is not liable for losses arising from third-party service outages, search engine algorithm changes, or factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
